GroundWork0 first came into existence more than 15 years ago to help companies design, monitor, and maintain networks and network equipment. The breadth of technology that we cover may have expanded, but we haven’t lost sight of our roots. At the core of any engagement with GroundWork0 is our on-site and remote monitoring of all of your key infrastructure. This usually begins with an extensive documentation of your servers, applications, and network devices. From there, we build an on-premise monitoring and alerting system to inform your IT staff – as well as GroundWork0 resources – if anything in your environment is misbehaving. In some instances with an unexpected outage, you may find that we call you before you call on us.
When supporting your server hardware and services, customers have a set hourly rate for our efforts. But we want you to call us before a small nagging issue becomes a major outage. Therefore, we build in a set amount of hours each month into the support contract to use for any service that GroundWork0 provides. This allows us to address problems early, before they get out of hand. It also lets us take our time when educating your staff about the technologies that your organization relies on. Free and easy communication between your IT staff and GroundWork0 is critical to how we deliver services to your organization. The more we communicate, the stronger the relationship will become.
